A GMS (Grenache Mourvèdre Shiraz blend together with small percentages of Cinsault Carignan Counoise and Roussanne). Very herbal on the nose, also dry cherry notes- not surprising when you see the blend. Barb said a discreet perfume with lovely floral top notes. Delicate and ever changing. Like Grandma’s powder drawer. Such an impressive debut from a great winemaker who arguably makes the best Shiraz Viognier blend in the country.
