An alluring and complete Cariad, menthol and loamy earth nose led liquid leather, sweet red fruit and fine tannins to a long, pervasive finish. Gravitas, Bordeaux vibe. With min decant this fell off a tad after 2 hrs suggesting (at least this bottle) time to drink up!

Hard to travel from the old world to the new world in less than 12 hours. This big boy wasn't so interesting after my conversation with that older, distinguished gentleman. But I enjoyed his company none the less.

Bright Ruby. Licorice, dark fruit and herbal nose. Beautiful body, dense and extracted, red cherries, vanilla and licorice on the palate. Very balanced and long finish.
