2020/4 with various Adriatic coast seafood dishes. So tangy and minerally - really refreshing but deep and intense, with green and yellow fruit. I would be curious to see how this ages.

Nose of stone fruit, green apple, herbs, thyme, and salinity and resin. Beautiful pale gold in color. Bright acidity and light bodied. Balanced. Finishes with macadamia and almond.

Interesting. It has some CO2 that gradually dissipates in the glass. Lots of minerality and solid acidity. Nice citrus notes come through with a bitter almond finish. At $14, this is great value.
