Very simple Freisa. Dark & slatey. Kinda hits a wall on the palate. I've fallen in love with Freisa, but this wasn't as magical as others I've recently tried.
Very simple Freisa. Dark & slatey. Kinda hits a wall on the palate. I've fallen in love with Freisa, but this wasn't as magical as others I've recently tried.
This freisa is reminiscent of Nebbiolo (or even Syrah) but a refreshing one. Not as aromatic, but red and dark-fruited, a little gamey, and concentrated with a good finish.
