Muted nose and not a prime example for elegance, but the stuffing is there. Still juicy, vivacious, with the tell-tale loamy, ferrous tannins.

Not bad, but not great either. Seems to lack complexity. Very good acidity and nice medium-bodied weight on the palate.

It's '09, so I guess there's no point in hand-wringing about the lack of acid. Just gotta enjoy the exotic fruit and move on.
