I always enjoy wines that has spent some time aging before being released, funny enough this vintage is now being sold in Switzerland, at the age of 13 it is mature and ready to drink. Color is showing age signs with a touch of orange, the nose is sweet with candy, coffee, black current and sweet plums, full body , balanced and round, yet still a bit tannic and dry, acidity is pleasant and will support further cellaring. Nice modern and pleasant. My score 88, drink to 2021 perhaps longer

Wonderful wine. At first it was very smooth and then it became sweeter. I definitely tasted blackberries. Reminded me of black licorice at times! We enjoyed it with the chef's tasting of a variety of dishes ranging from seafood to pasta!
