On the nose; lemon custard, green apple, lime, pineapple juice and jasmine.

The palate is; sweet lemon custard, big sweet green apple, pineapple juice, lime, very understated minerals, soft acidity, rich body and polished finish. Easy to drink. Especially, on a hot summer day.

Light, fruity and crisp Prosecco. I usually prefer a drier Prosecco, but this was very drinkable. If it was any sweeter I probably wouldn't be a fan.
