A nice casual wine from a reputable producer. Not overly complex, but enough to keep you interested. Bit of spice from the Syrah balanced by the smooth Grenache. A classic bistro style red. 2014 vintage. — 9 years ago
This one went through a metamorphosis over the course of an hour. Went from firm with concentrated plum and dried fruit to open, lush, fresh and youthful. Wine never ceases to amaze me. — 9 years ago
Needed 2 hour decant to begin to open up. Then, delicious. — 4 years ago
Lots of apple and not much else. Probably held this too long. Not disappointed, but expected more. — 9 years ago
Good juice, but I'm just not a Carmenere fan. — 9 years ago
This is good wine. Initial aromas of kirsch from a hot 14.5% hidden in the side of the label. Rich cherry and black fruit devolve into a medium length finish that holds onto a strong fruit core. 2009 vintage. — 9 years ago
Light and easy. Enjoyed with sliders. Won't buy again at $14 though. — 9 years ago
2008 vintage. Probably held this one too long. All flavours were generally muted. Bit of vanilla and mint supported by black fruit. Medium body. — 9 years ago
Good earthy / fruit balance. Both Cab & Sangiovese are well represented. Keep drinking this one if you can. — 9 years ago

Great! Compares well to the KJ VR. Would prefer more oak. Will buy again. — 3 years ago
