Pop and poured. Surprisingly expressive on opening, dark fruits are savoury and crunchy, little sweetness of note. High alcohol notable but well balanced. Chalky and pebbly kind of minerality, certainly black pepper has a presence, biscuity too. Food required! Will see how the rest is tomorrow.... Very good i expect, its opening up and developing some sweeter (cherry) flavours.
