DuPratt Anderson Valley Chardonnay
Tart lemon, green pear, green apple, creme fraiche, Brioche, salinity, minerality, Greek yogurt, marshmallow. Relatively lean. Elevated acidity, medium body, medium finish. 10% new French oak, 90% neutral, full malo, stainless steel open top fermentation, Wente clone (usually tropical notes?) sandstone with some clay. Six different cooperage mostly: Gamba?? and Grand Murray??.
