Elevated acidity, medium body, medium finish. 10% new French oak, 90% neutral, full malo, stainless steel open top fermentation, Wente clone (usually tropical notes?) sandstone with some clay. Six different cooperage mostly: Gamba?? and Grand Murray??.

Nose: honeysuckle, oak, ripe pear. Taste: same as nose, full bodied, no acid until a pleasant finish with lingering vanilla.
