Drank my Mantle (Hirsch) the other night and now Maris stepped up to the plate. Wonderful aromas of apples, limes and peaches . My mouth was greeted by lemons, limes tropical fruit and kick ass acid. A touch of wood cheers from the bleachers. Cannot recall having two better examples of California Chardonnay.
