Thats some bottle variation... The last one was stunning. This one is, well, kinda meh. No tannins to speak of, but more muted fruit, even after a double decant. Disappointing.

Dec 12th, 2015As much as I don't care for the current Copain lineup, every time I drink an older bottle I remember how good they were! This is at least 2-3 years away from peak, and maybe 5-7. Bright and sweet red cherries with some tannic and acidic backbone. #tooyoungstill #pinotnoir #singlevineyard #andersonvalley
