酸やハーブっぽさもあるのに、それがネガティヴにならず、ワインの味わいになっている。

ジューシーでフルーティというよりはグッと凝縮された果実味に、青っぽいニュアンスもあって、バランス感、複雑味がすごい。
そして何より特筆すべきことは、ネガティヴな要素がないこと。尖った酸やタンニンもなく、かといって平易で物足りないところもない。しっかり抑揚があって、それが行き過ぎるところがない。
