It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black currants, black plums, blackberries, earth, cedar, leather, light vanilla, herbs, tobacco, chocolates and coffee.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Mendoza, Argentina. Soft and elegant. Smooth and delicate. Rich and fruit forward.
This 6 year old Single Vineyard Cabernet is drinking beautifully now and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with BBQ Meats.

We had the 2019 Vintage on 5/25/25. Tastes of plum, blueberry, leather, minerals and leather. Fruit forward and New World. We purchased at the winery in Mendoza. There are better Malbecs and Cabs from Argentina. I look forward to trying the California and Oregon wines produced by the same owner.
