Opened yesterday, tasted across 2 days. Second take of this vintage.
Cherry and currant on the nose along with hay and an earthy thing. The palate is well made with a strong acid drive, good fruity notes all along, a bit of width, some tannins in mid palate that create a nice disruptive change in mouthfeel, leaving a great layer of spice and dust before a long finish with fruit and that new mouthfeel. Textbook Beaujolais that you got to love.

Really nice rustic nose with a bright cherry note, hay, a tiny bit of heat. It's quite inviting. The palate is delicious, with a very strong acid backbone, a nice cherry note all along with a good width, a nice and crisp mouthfeel which is disrupted by a mid palate with subtle tannins that add a layer of complexity and a tiny tangy tickle that remains, embracing a fruity recital of a finish. Probably the best Beaujolais I have sourced locally so far (except for a couple of widely overpriced Lapierre bottles I found a couple of years back)
