Excellent @Cathy Corison ! Complex, broad and delicious. Round mid palate, full of luscious black fruit. Great length with - surprisingly savory finish, bordering on olive which belies the ripeness. Simply terrific!

Dark red fruit, chalk, earth, violet. Still a bit tannic, after a good decant It reveals blueberry, red raspberry, some spice and/or licorice. This has aged well and appears to have a nice life ahead as well. Good stuff.

Three hours in and the tight, herbal, slightly veg notes giving way to warmer, fruit-focused flavors. Still pretty youthful in color and appearance. Tannins, finally, coat the mouth. Fuller. Rounder. Concentration remains. Finish is light but seemingly never-ending. Beyond intriguing.
