A weird mineral floral smell. A milk chocolate with a hint blueberry. I think it is a tobacco on the palate. The dryness is coming through. This will definitely open up and soften out!

Cab Franc is my go to and for the price, this will not disappoint. Highly recommend for the franc fans.

Fruit, spice and some definite cigar box. Not the most varietally correct Cab Franc but it does push some boundaries.

"Over the Top" Cab Franc, but very enjoyable. Definitely need to pair with savory dishes or strong red meat.
