Everything I want a rose to be ... tart, fresh strawberries balanced by salinity. Loved it on its own, but also held up and was a good complement to braised rabbit.

Crisp, delicate, elegant, and dry rosé. Nice structure, well balanced. Aromatic: light flowers and tart raspberries. Easy, pleasurable drinking.
