Juicy and ladsting. Good Taste of #Etna.

Ruby in colour. Earthy nose with raspberry minerally notes. Not surprising coming from volcanic soils around Mt Etna. Subdued oak (30% barriques). Low savoury tannins. Drink now.

2 new grape varieties for me. Jubey floral aromas and flavours. Easy on the front palate but quite a firm finish. Essential with food as you would expect.

Rough at first. Opens up a bit after an hour or so decanting but needs more time.

🌋 terroir yields balanced wine. No component is particularly exciting. Not as delicious as the a rina I had but good. A bit hot.
