Dec 2019. 100% CF. Touraine/Chinon. 18 months oak.
Garnet. Legs still show faint color. Nose: tertiary flavors., some “crayon” and dry herbs; very little fruit. Touch of Brett? ( not sure) Mouth: M+ acidity; soft tannins, well integrated alcohol-13.5 abv; no bitterness; M body. Even less fruit ; may some alcaçuz; dry herbs. Liked it a lot and goes very well with food!

Dec 15th, 2019On the second day, this wine really showed itself. Ripe red fruits, strawberry and plum, with a touch of blueberry. Bell pepper and Brett. Olive and cedar on the finish. 2009 vintage.
