I love an aged Loire Chenin Blanc..drinking this a bit on the young side but still very enjoyable!
Deep honey gold in color...overripe pear..honey..tropical fruits..soft minerals and grass! This Chinon is just starting to show the wooly characteristics that I love in an aged Chenin Blanc. Fruit dominates...almost sweet!
