I'm not much for sweet reds, but this bright purple 100% Chambourcin Is not terrible. The Southern Rhône Bretty nose is a bit offputting and only partially compensated for by the light by the bright plum fruit. It ends up being fairly well balanced.

2% residual, nose closed without any Vidal character, very, very sweet but a lot of acid too, a light peach character on the palate.
