Blanc de Blancs Brut Chardonnay

Bright green gold. Fine persistent bubbles. Green apple and citrus rind on the nose with a bit of burnt brioche toast added on the medium palate. Firm, bright acidity naturally. An eminently drinkable value sparkling that's great for large parties on a budget. Drink it when you buy it, of course.

Crisp, dry and refreshing. Closer to brut Prosecco than Brut Cava in style. $10 and perfectly suited for mimosas.

Meh. Nice crispness, but not enough to make me love it. Decent intro to French bubbles.

This has a somewhat bitter under tone but it's not to over baring to where you could not enjoy it. Very crisp taste at the same time.
