Apple butter, and cider nose. Nice bright slight sweet on the tongue. I like this one.

Opulent wine, easy on the tongue and throat and not at all sour, just mildly tart. Like drinking the warm, gooey filling of a home-cooked blueberry pie. This wine can't help but be sultry. Buttery on the edges of the tongue with an afterbreath of warm butterscotch and toasted almond. Highly recommended for an early Autumn night, dimly lighted scenery and a cigar. Drink just a touch below room temperature. Pairs well with a creamy muenster cheese and deep moments of inner-reflection.

Tasty! Mild and maybe a tad thin. This is a great cool weather Merlot and I should have bought a case when it was younger and more readily available.
