Weinberg Dolomiten Blauer Portugieser

Remarkably light, filigrane & fresh.
Fresh nose with red fruit, tart cherry, nice reduction and a bit of minerality underneath. Very airy, light yet enticing. Very much in the Vernatsch league.
On the palate this is light footed, with juicy, fresh acidity and just a touch of tannins. The purity is remarkable, with nice depth and good length. All this at a ridiculous hardly 10% alc! I love it!
It’s in the same club as the wines of Saalwächter or Ziereisen - low extraction, low intervention, incredible freshness & drinkability.
