Nice nose of black currants, sweet cherries, licorice, vanilla, oak, cloves, spices, leather, earth, milk chocolate, metals, mocha, acetone and black pepper.
Medium plus in body and jammy, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, dark chocolate, coffee, mocha, spices and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and spices.
This California Cabernet is a great everyday wine. Nicely balanced and not very complex, but at a great price.
Would benefit from one more year in the bottle as it is a little tight at this stage.
Enjoyable by itself or with food like BBQ Meats.

Nice wine overall...strong notes of grapefruit, tart finish. Good, pleasant, not great, but would have it in a pinch.
