Feb 11th, 2018CV tasting Crozes Hermitage 10/6/16. Very savory and meaty nose with hints of mints and earthiness and beacon. Balanced and acidic and minerals on palate with firm structure. Long complex finish. Yum. Best nose of the 4. Opened Donna visit 11/3/16. Still savory and delicious after argon spritz for 3 days.
