Pale straw color. Nose of ripe fruit like melon and peach, orange, spices and a hint of oak. Fat but balance mouth feel with pineapple, melon, spices, coconut and a salty finish. Rich but not heavy, round and slightly buttery, with enough acidity to keep freshness. Modern Chardonnay, balanced without too much weight. Very good (89)
Made of Chardonnay from a vineyard at 15km from the Pacific Ocean. Ageing of 11 months in used French oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13,5% #dansmonverre
