Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, licorice, mossy earth and oak. Good structure and soft tannins.

Deep purple plum and blackberry. The age has mellowed the tannins.

Fine table cab. So overloaded with chemicals though. Mass production garbage.

Very good alone and had with chicken vadka sauce pasta. Peter and I both liked a lot

Fruity and oaky. Lol

Goes great with cheese and chocolate, which were our snacks for the evening while we cedar plank bbq salmon...which it also pairs well with. Nice sweet finish, which we both like.

Really great cab. A little less imposing than most. Think hints of pinot.

Сочно, джемово, голубика, черные ягоды, морилка. Очень элегантное, с аккуратными офомленными танинами, полностью готовое. Напряженное и чистое, при этом не требующее убаюкивать его час в декантере, что отдельно понравилось.

A drinkable red... garden variety but good for the low cost
