Appearance of medium ruby. On the nose there was a medium intensity of black cherry, plum, and spices like black pepper and clove. On the palate there was high tannin, medium body, and medium acidity. The did seem to be something slightly off in the wine, possibly unripe grape? The wine was balanced, the length was a little on the shorter side. Not very intense and no complexity. Overall a good wine.
