Brut Crémant de Loire Cabernet Franc Rosé

Really fun. Cab franc character coming through nicely. Red fruits, pencil shavings and nice acid.

Nice rosé sparkler for stage 7 #tourdefrance . We liked it a lot better this year than years past. More body and a bit yeast. Great with sashimi.

Not bad for the price. Strawberries and minerals, cranberry overtones. Decidedly fruity, but with an odd metallic finish.

Rather unaromatic. Unripe red fruits and a strong metallic note on the finish that is unbalanced.

Pinkish-gold in color. Medium bubbles. Strawberry and raspberry lead on the nose, with a soft floral scent that I can't quite identify. Bright, floral taste with a hint of citrus. Good for a weekend.

This is pretty good so aromatic super crisp bubbly with apple pie 📝 notes!
