Beautiful golden-yellow color with a fine bead, and beguiling brioche, hazelnut, caramel, black cherry, and a hint strawberry aromas. On the palate full-bodied, dry, fresh and persistent with a delicate creamy mousse, and wonderful balance with black cherry, strawberry, lemon custard, and vanilla flavors with a very pleasing hint of tannins and a long mineral driven finish. 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine from the Aube in the southernmost part of the Champagne region.
