2011. Pleasantly surprised by this, as I haven't had a red from Paso that excited me in quite a while. Savory and sanguine, with a textural depth that suggests rocky soil and ripe stems. There's fruit, but it doesn't take center stage. Speaks loudly of place. Wonderful.
