We all laugh about cut garden hose, but that is actually a pretty accurate description. Even after 1 1/2 hrs, it is still very tight and has a nose and palette of rubber. I would not approach this wine again for another 10 yrs minimum. Will try it again tomorrow. After 2 hrs, finally drying out a bit.
