A surprising hit! Low in body and alcohol, very light color and almost silvery. Mineral and stone fruit nose, acidic with some grapefruit. Subtle and good with food, complimented fish poached in itself quite well!

Lovely... Certainly more reserved than West Coast Pinots, lighter, brighter, more mineral. After some air, we could not stop drinking this one!
