Made out of Aligoté Doré instead of Aligoté Vert, which is said to give lower yields and is more aromatic. It is a nice bottle to have at the table but, to me, for sure not the best Aligoté around (as is much claimed). I missed the exitement an out of the ordinary wine can give. My next Aligoté will be a de Moor again I guess...

Fuller bodied aligote than than the previous ones I've had. Big caramelized Apple, spice, honey butter, med-acid and a waxiness reminiscent of Chenin.
