See previous tasting from November last year. Very flinty, gunpowder, struck match and sulphidic funk generally together with citrus, lemon peel and grapefruit on the nose. The palate shows ripe grapefruit and M+ citric acid. With time some nectarine and a touch of honey. Even after 45 minutes that struck match reduction dominates the nose. A touch of cumquat bitterness and a saline note to finish off with after a few hours.

May 8th, 2023Loads of sulphidic funk - struck match reduction. Under ripe stone fruit palate showing minerality, citrus and balanced oak. A classy Premier Cru Meursault from Jobard.

Nov 15th, 2022Ridiculous fruit quality. Unlike the Tillets lieu dit 2015 this wine is reduced right now and tightly wound. In 3-4 years that will dissipate and will become absolutely stunning in my opinion. This producer continues to shine.
