(From last night) — We finished with this lovely Alsatian Riesling “Limental” VT (375/ml), initially too cold, but really fantastic once it warmed, minerality, lovely sweetness but not overly so, long finish.

Riesling “Liemental” VT (500/ml). Petrol/diesel aromas up front, great acid balance, off-dry, but not overly sweet, 13 years old and barely evolved, long finish, great Alsatian VT Riesling!! (Purchased at the winery in 2019.)
