Lemon curd, green apple, gardenias, chamomile, vanilla bean, wet rocks, honeysuckle. Snapping yet rounded acidity, juicy-slightly oily texture, medium bodied, crisp mineral driven-slightly honeyed finish. A bit richer than most Chablis.
