Les Alpes Savoie Gringet

Pretty goldenrod color. Very interesting nose of bruised apple and herbal/ vegetal aromas, like celery root. Palate adds plenty of zippy lemon and grapefruit and an alpine floral quality, chamomile tea, faintly yeasty on the back. Savory and delicious

Golden in color. Smells of green apples. Grapefruit, mountain spring water plus mountain herbs. My last 2015.

This has evolved nicely. Apples with a hint of lemon and grapefruit plus mountain herbs. Love it!

A cornucopia of mountain herbs and minerals. Maybe some mango too. I let this get plenty of air and warmer to show its best. Delicious!

Cépage gringet, uniquement en Savoie. Très aromatique, beau fruit, avec une belle minéralité.

Alpine beauty. Swoon.
