Great Grand Cru Chablis. Excellent acidity and salinity. Nice pale yellow color.

Just a hair past its peak, but lovely. Just the lively acidity I want from Chablis and full of supple lychee and melon from age. Delicious with our Cubanos and citrusy kale salad.
