Saint-Chinian Antonyme Mourvèdre-Cinsault Blend

Very light and fun. Little lacking in mid-palate.

Good easy to drink, medium body,spicy black cherry yummy with charcuteries

The funk was strong with this, fruit forward.

A light red, could be overpowered with the wrong food pairing. Good with seared salmon. Ripe red cherries is the standout flavor.

Nice light red. Lots of berries.

Lovely bright cherry to start, forward and acidic. Decent mid, tapers to a narrow but easy finish. Like lighter burgundy or pinots without the weight.

Ruby, red, tart, peppercorn, dry, moderate tannin, moderate acid, moderate alcohol. "Better table wine" SBH
