Top Notes For
Really good young Chateauneuf. Had that characteristic funky meaty darkness that only CDP can truly achieve. Would love to try it again in a few years

Some decent complexity, but there is a rubber note that somewhat overshadows the more pleasant notes.

Aug 30th, 2023Spicy red fruit starts the drink and decent tannins in the body. A dose of sweet juicy, polished, peppery fruits at the finish. Pretty good wine for 75$ at a restaurant-- paired well with the ribeye. I'd like to see it under 70$ at a restaurant or $32 or less at the store for a 90 rating from me.
