Nose is ripe yellow fruit, mineralogy and creaminess. Ditto palette, alongside a salinity and weighty mouthfeel. Medium high to high acid. Really great stuff that grabs your attention!

Excellent white burgundy— as great as I can imagine in a reasonable budget. Saline, full juice, balanced, oak but it’s French so no banana caramel birthday cakes in this chardonnay. Goes with a wide range of foods. Drinks well in a red glass.
