Disappointed. I had so much hope for the 02. Initially nose was perfumed just a rich gravely sweetness. I let it sit for about 30 mins to gather up air thinking things would loosen up open up. Sadly it didn't live up to his pedigree. I wanted mind alteringly good. What I got was just good. Nose slightly muted. There is a hint of a candied sweetness. On the palate it was flabby. Very loose and rich. There was a sweetness to the wine. No Pmox but maybe a bad bottle? Maybe poor storage. Finish short and abrupt. Just disappeared into the night. I had so much hope.
