This has an insanely mineral nose of petrichor, hot metal notes that are my favorite in white burgundy, lime zest, fresh green apple, and crushed green herbs. There's a really green streak which is interesting and delicious. Finessed and intense on the palate, it showed even more flavors of subtle hazelnut and eventually some mushroom. Noticeably long with pure green apple lasting forever. Brought by a wine dinner companion who generously shared with us!
