Interesting blend of Cab, Merlot and Agiorgitiko (Greek grape). Vivid red with purple hues. Aged for 12 months in oak casks gives this wine aromas of blue/red fruits. The palate shows red/black fruit flavors with spice & oak. Rough tannins, out of balance with acidity, not a great offering. A while ago I tried an ‘11 and notes or was one of the better wines from Greece that I have tried, not this one. Tasting Sample.
