Pessac-Léognan Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

1994. Wow. Grapefruit-vanilla cream custard with basil foam, almond milk, kefir lime, jasmine and just the perfect acid-to-texture balance. One of the most impressive mature white Bordeaux I've ever had. So fresh!

Drinkable, interesting, but alas too far down the hill..

With excellent fish- great old white Bordeaux seemed like the right call!
