The Chevalier Blanc from @domainedechevalier was the favorite of the group, a brilliant wine with a long life ahead of it, showing excellent notes of citrus and orchard fruits, loads of mineral and an essence of place. Perfectly balanced, a complete and whole wine that should age superbly for 30+ years.

Instead of being in a great drinking window it was tasting of sherry & caramel. Is Delectable aging our tasting notes once again? I posted this two hours ago , never showed up in the feed. The last thing I see is a note someone posted seven hours ago. Are they uploading once a day?

Sadly this was oxidised and gets no rating. I have read favourable notes from other tasters so I might have been unlucky with this bottle.
