Incredible value. Can’t believe this costs $20+. Kermit Lynch selection. Beautiful bouquet of red fruits and delicate floral elements. Acidity is right on point and its silky mouthfeel is delightful. Seek this out and enjoy with simple roast chicken. 60% Carignan from vineyards planted in 1904, 30% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre. Soil: Silica, clay and limestone.

Color intenso. Nariz de ciruela, frambuesa y especies frescas. En boca frutoso con acidez y taninos mediano bajo. Las mismas frutas y especies de la nariz, pero un poco de pimienta en boca. No hay rastro de madera. Vino interesante por el precio. (Mendez)

This Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre blend is pretty darn impressive. Medium body but super complex. Great value.

2013 Mmmmmm. Reminds me of the cherry/raspberry pies that were sold at the roadside stands up in Northern Michigan. So deliciously juicy and rustic
